Our Policies

Shipping Policy:

Most items are hand made to order.

Our current process time is up to 14 - 21 business day, may vary at times.

All orders are shipped with USPS Priority mail or  UPS, a tracking number is always provided once your order is shipped via email.

We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Any damage claims would have to be made with the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by carrier.

Return Policy:
 

Due to the customization of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations. If your plans change, and you need to change the them or items of your order, you may do so if your order has not been started yet.

Refund Policy:
 

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not process refunds unless the order has NOT began being worked on. If there is any issues such as damage to the items/products, please contact us with proof and we will be glad to accommodate your order with an replacement within reasonable timing (at least 7 days is needed to process a replacement), and/or offer complimentary items for next time.

Proof & Approval Policy:
 

Please be as specific as possible when providing design details. Send any and all inspiration photos, invitations, example designs, etc.

We always send a proof for approval prior to printing an order. Once we send the proof minor changes can be made. For example, spelling mistakes, minor color changes, photo placement, adding or removing small elements of the design, or a font choice are minor changes. After 2 major designs changes will result in a design fee of $20+. For example, complete theme changes, changing a photo that has already been edited, changing your items, or multiple design changes would be considered major changes. We allow up to 12 hours for approval, once 12 hours has passed the order will be shipped as is.

Order details is required within 24 hours of your order being placed, if order details have not been sent in, your order will be cancelled.

Chargebacks:
 

Please reach out to us via email for any issues with your order. Our goal is to resolve all customer issues. If you decide to file a chargeback with your bank, you will no longer be able to shop with Keshia's Creations. Any future orders will be cancelled. Any fraudulent chargebacks will result in a legal action.

Custom Orders:
 

When placing an orderer custom items provide the date the order is needed by. The date needed by should not be the date of event. If the date provided is the same day of event we are not responsible if your items do not arrive on time for your event.
